Really annoyed that I never knew this garage existed until this visit, from start to finish everyone at Romsey car centre have gone well above and beyond in every aspect. my wife and myself bought a BMW 7 series this weekend from Peter and Danny both were very knowledgeable and friendly . I normally change my car every couple of years or so, this years search for a car sent me on a mission within 50 miles from my home town, I test drove 6 different cars at various car sales venues, and the last leg of my search led me to Romsey car centre who had a particular car I was looking for, I walked in, mooched around for a few minutes, I then approached Peter and asked if it was possible to take the car for a test drive, he was extremely polite and friendly , handed over the keys and I was on my way, came back, asked him a few questions about the car which he answered in depth, there was no pushy sales tactics or pressure to sell me the car, I went away to think about it, came back 5 days later and spoke to the manager Jason, who was an absolute delight, took the car out again to make sure it was the one I wanted , I decided to take the plunge and but the car, every detail, even down to them taxing the car for me whilst I was on site, which I have never received from previous dealers, I can honestly say that it was the nicest car buying experience I’ve ever had, I felt reassured, no pressure, and thoroughly taken care of. I interacted with 4 members of the staff during the whole experience and each and every one of them were, polite, informative, caring and beautiful human beings. Thank you

Recently purchased a Nissan Qashqai after finding this dealer when looking for a vehicle. So far I am very happy with the purchase and is exactly what I was looking for. Romsey Car Centre is a hidden gem and they went over and beyond to ensure we were happy with the vehicle. The purchase was made much easier and convenient by offering a trade in and to help with road tax on the day. Will definitely be using again and would highly recommend.

I visited this garage today and after leaving the garage the older salesman was speeding around the corner to go into budds lane and got annoyed as he had to stop to let me through. After blasting his horn at me twice he turned his red mini with trade plates in it around and followed me to the petrol station where he followed me in and banged on the toilet door whilst I was in there clearly trying to intimidate me.

He then waited outside for me and approached my car and started shouting and being abusive both in hispeech and hand gestures. Calling me madam doesn't excuse the way you were towards me.

Clearly I won't be buying a car from this garage if one of their salesmen can be so threatening and abusive to a female member of the public just because they didn't give way to them........

He denied being a car salesman at the garage but unfortunately not only did he have trade plates in his car but he had also spoken to me at the car show room as he walked out of the office. I would suggest maybe a customer care course or anger management course would be suitable for this man.

Brought a lovely ford mondeo from then and what an experience. I dealt with a sales man Peter and there were no usual pushy sales tactics I was left to look over the car in my own time and left to it which is very rare nowadays. A few minor issues arrived on the mot and they insisted they were all rectified before I Collected the car which I was very happy about. After having the car a week a small fault appeared and the bent over backwards to sort it out and quick as possible for me. None of this you brought it not our issue like usual garages do. They really couldn’t be more helpful. Amazing customer service, sales and after care. I would recommend to anyone

I recently purchased a car from a really nice sales man called Peter. There was no pushy sales tactics and I was left to make my own decision and look over the car in my own time which you don’t get very often. After having the car for few days a small issue arose and they really did bend over backwards to rectify the issue as soon as they could and there was none of the usual you brought it so not our problem at all. if anything they apologised and were Very dishearted that I had an issue and did everything they could to go out of there way to make it right as soon as they could. Very very good customer service and buying experience I would recommend them to any one. Thank you to Peter and the team for making it a really good experience

Excellent service from the start. Being from South Africa I was pleasantly surprised by how quick everything was sorted with the purchase of my car. Had a small issue with the car afterwards but this was sorted out without any hassle. Even gave me a loan car whilst mine was being sorted out.. Jimmy, Jason and Steve were absolutely brilliant. Very professional and friendly staff. Although they were very busy they were still able to be as attentive as I needed them to be. The cars for sale were clean and tidy and ready to be test driven. I bought a car which needed a new part so this was sorted out quickly. I collected the car a week later & everything was ready for me. I part exchanged my vehicle and all the paperwork was completed quickly so I drove away very happy with a supplied half tank of fuel. The warranty is for 6 months and you deal directly with the garage, which I much prefer.

hi... I bought a car 2 years ago from here and I was very pleased with it. Never had any problems with it and still driving it! People who works here are very nice and helpful, I was treated as a valuable customer all the time. That is why I took my sister here couple days ago to find a nice car for her. Again the sales team was more than happy to help us find the 'perfect' car for her, they answered all our questions and took us for the test drive. Thanks to them she finally found what she was looking for. We were very pleased with how we were dealt with and my sister loves her new car. My son needed a quick replacement car and Jason could not have been more helpful, sorting a quick service on a Saturday so we could complete purchase within a few hours. They have already carried out no-quibble warranty work when a filter needed changing. Great communication and customer service. Restored our faith in used car dealers after a previous bad experience. Highly recommended.

My experience with Jason and Romsey Car Centre has been a very positive and stress free one. I called to book an appointment to view the car I was interested in. On arrival the following day I met Jason who gave me a very warm welcome. I viewed the vehicle in my own time and felt really at ease. I was given the key to look inside the car and when I was ready asked Ito take it for a test drive. Throughout Jason were very friendly and made the whole experience worthwhile. Although I took some time to complete the sale, Jason were very considerate and made the buying of my vehicle a much easier process.
